Okay so I was told by mods not to play music, but an admin says if the server doesn't mind it is okay

what this admin said, as long as your music is good quality, not an annoying song like minecraft parodies for example, and people don't seem to have an issue with your song then it's allowed.

Adding the what Ray said , i do a vote mute for the music spammer and let the majority decides it's easier

I know this thread is really old but to accurately resolve it as for anyone looking at it now:

Music is allowed/disallowed under staff discretion. Of course, if there's issues with the audio such as the music being very loud or bad enough quality, then it's disallowed regardless of anything given that's blatant micspam. Otherwise, staff are free to choose if they want to allow users to play music or not.
