How to make a help topic:

This section is for general help questions, here's how you should prepare yourself before the topic:
Start off by investigating your problem as much as possible. See if any others have had the same issue and what they did with it.

1. Gather all the information you can get, and try and present it as clean and understandable as possible.
2. Present your issue, with any data you have.
3. Respond to whatever question might be asked to help.
4. Post whatever progress you've made.

Doing those things before making the topic, and when the topic's running will provide you the fastest way to get help with your problem.
