A gpu being able to easily run tf2 doesn't make it high end, in fact it doesn't even have to be a mid range card to run tf2 well. Besides, my monitor has an ultra wide 2k resolution making games even harder to run. Not to forget to mention that I want to reach 165 fps since that's my highest possible refresh rate. My system would probably be barely enough if I got a decent gpu. But I doubt it would reach 165 fps on modern games.

PC: alienware aurora r7 (alot of upgraded things)
GPU: nvidia GTX 1080ti 11g with quality thermal paste (upgraded from 1070)
RAM: Corsair RAM 32gb (4x8) of ddr4 3200mhz ram (upgraded from 8g 2400mhz single stick ram)
CPU: Intel core i9-10900K 8 cores up to 5.3 ghz boost + overclocked (upgraded from i7 8700 up to 3.2ghz boost)
Storage: samsung nvme 980 pro (256gb) 6,400 megabyte/s read and write speeds that has nothing but OS, TF2, and beatsaber on it for maximum speeds Storage 2: 2 tb sk hynix ssd that has alot of my games on it
storage 3 (backup): 5 tb seagate harddrive that copies or overwrites any existing files on both drives incase both corrupt or fail
motherboard: some stock alienware motherboard being tortured with all of its components being upgraded, waiting for it to die so i have an excuse to upgrade lawl
