i looked up on the forums to see of there was a command for it, there was a post by Swampfire that mentions they added it, but it still said coming soon what made you abandon it? (the post by swampfire was in 2020)

did they remove it, if so why?

i was playing on the trade_plaza2 SG server and i saw a tiara heavy with a orbiting balloonicorpse around the torso of their heavy i looked all on the internet and didnt see anything about an orbiting balloonicorpse unusual, what is this?? is this a command, something you buy? i'm so confused...

Like am i able to add images to the sign melee and photo badge cosmetic? Im not aware if there is a command for it or its even possible to implement but pls lmk ty (reuploaded bc no one answered me)
