So about a week ago my keyboard machine broke, and by that my computer wasn't recognizing my driver. So, I tried a few different things but ultimately, I realized that the issue was most likely with Microsoft considering I didn't alter my keyboard or setting in any way. So after consulting the Microsoft community and the WL community, I just kinda stopped and waited for the problem to either fix itself or get another keyboard. I got a few responses from both places and tried a few things with little success. But, I did notice that someone had found the error code for my problem at Microsoft. Fast forwards to today and I log on to see I have an update waiting to be installed. I noticed that it had the same error code as the one I had. I restart and luckily, I have my keyboard back. That being said, nice to be back. :-)

Hi, and welcome back. It could actually have a problem in the recognised devices. You just have to go to ''Control Panel>(Click on catogery and set to large icons)>Device Manager>click on Keyboard>Select your keboard, and right click, and uninstall. Restart your PC. If it is an new Keyboard(Plug and play) then plug and use it as usual, or Plug and restart again.
