You have no "right" to speech. We have rules, and you will be restricted from communication/playing on the server at all if you violate them.
You were banned for "mad disrespect" by @Walnuts , I assume that's the admin you are referring to, as he also guardbanned you. However, I am curious to hear what the guardban's reasoning is, given it is for "arguing with staff," which is not really a guardbannable offense. I'm also curious of the context you claim the staff used powers to avoid death?

You calling admin abuse started when we were playing true or false, during this game I purposely got a answer wrong, before someone was able to kill me I nocliped into the wall and went to the other side. This was done in front of two blues. This action was taken not to escape death but to prompt a reaction, it was a joke. After that the warden decided to pardon me, but I told them to kill me anyways. The action was only to be funny, I know I needed to die. Instead of taken the pardon I told them to kill me. Making your statement of I avoiding death invalid.
This was the first time you called admin abuse
The second time was here, I respawned a player. This player was respawned due to him dying in cell wars before I was able to give his freeday. He was being given freeday because of the lr denial that occurred the round before.
The respawning of the person made you say admin abuse.
You decided you wanted to make it clear that what I did, according to you, was admin abuse, so you told me off on mic. Despite telling you my reasoning for the things I did you believed it was still admin abuse, I warned you many times to not argue with me, but you continued to. In response to this I muted you, this mute that I gave you interestingly does not show up on your record.

This was probably a result of you trying to falsely justify your free kills. It would have been better to write "free kills" but that did not make it on there
You were the most disrespectful person I have encountered, even though I tried to work with you decided to argue with me, I decided I had enough and banned you. This ban was not uncalled for as I gave you a vast amount of warnings.
