The above link is my newest denied appeal. It includes two other links that direct you to my first appeal, and another post on Help Desk like this one.
After all this time, I still don't understand the reasons behind why my appeals should be denied without question. In my newest appeal, I specifically told the admins to make sure they read the other threads in case they missed them, and ask any questions that I might not have answered about the ban so I can clarify everything. For my newest appeal, with no surprise, the admin who looked at the appeal denied without confirming anything with me or asking any questions. The message was:

"It turns out you have several alt accounts and your previous appeal turned out no different because of this. Cheating is not tolerated under any circumstances."

Let me clear some things up here. I was originally banned for suspicion of cheating, not for having alt accounts. While I don't see any problem with having alt accounts, I acknowledge that it's a rule. However, according to a member in (this) thread, "during gameplay every about 15 minutes chat automatically says 'Using alternate accounts to avoid bans is strictly prohibited.'" I did not break any rules by using my alt account, because I wasn't avoiding a ban. The rule is not "Using alternate accounts is strictly prohibited," the rule is against using an alternate account to avoid a ban. I was not banned before using that alt account. Besides, you can't log into an alt account to avoid a ban in the first place, because new account or not, it's still your IP logging into the server, and the server recognizes it and will not let you in anyway. Which brings me to my next point:

"The alternate accounts listed above have connected onto our servers with the same IP address as your account.
This ban is valid and will not be removed."

This is a message from the owner Xypher in (this) thread. I have Wonderland's server favorited on other accounts. Sometimes I will forget that I've been banned from Wonderland, and click it. Wonderland would recognize my IP, and automatically ban that account as well before it can log in. Mistakes happen. This does not mean I've been banned by an admin several times from the server all on different accounts. I've only been banned from Wonderland once, and the ban applies to all my accounts. In that same post I linked above, Xypher pointed out that I've been banned from other servers on TF2 for the same reasons, "aimbotting." Every one of these bans were done manually by an admin each respective server. Meaning, the reason listed, "aimbotting," was not detected by VAC or any anti-cheat system. The reason for those bans is the same reason as Wonderland's. Suspicion of aimbotting. I go into more detail in the thread I linked above.

I would greatly appreciate it if you would reconsider my banning and investigate this further. I'm more than willing to do whatever it takes to prove my innocence and become a productive, engaged member of this server.
