How come? Shows activity in the community. Kinda proof you’ll be active on forums to respond to reports, applications, questions people have, and be apart of the community. Many parts of the forums you can take part of that can be a nice part of the community. Also 15 post isn’t at all hard to reach, if you can’t handle that shows no patience

Personally I don't feel like it's that big of a deal. We have plenty of topics spread out on our forums for you to meet the requirement, so if you are missing those forum posts it shouldn't take you longer than a week to gain the needed amount. Actions speak louder than words, so in the end that requirement, like our required TF2 hours, shows to us that you're already active on one of our platforms.

As stated, it's to indicate that you're active on the forums. If you don't have at least 15 posts then it can show that you're not really engaging with the community enough, especially given that the forums are extremely important for mods and admins. Even if you had exactly 15 posts then it can be seen as fairly lacking. My recommendation for minimum posts would be at least 30, which for someone capable of being a staff member should have no problem with. You don't have a problem with that do you?

EDIT: Also, care to explain this?

So, there are normal members with hundreds of post and high activity. Do you think they will like someone with super low forum activity to be their administrator? I don't think so.
I've also seen users spamming forum posts only to rush their application, which always end in a denial.
You could at least take your time and get to know the staff team and other members, build a reputation for yourself and try not no get 'negative' reactions on your postings. This shows that you are not ready to moderate a community.
Try to browse different sections, participate in a conversation or create good looking threads you can attract an 'audience'. Not just those one-liners. Some users do not even get interested threads that are way off the topic.

I know that you are new to this, even I was...
It will take time to develop an 'online'/network socialization maturity, but... you will not regret it and maybe one day, you'll reconsider your application...

: )

And, your rhyming needs improvements.
