Going by the evidence, I wouldn't exactly call this spawncamping as the player is only airborne for a couple of seconds to fire in. Unless they're doing an exploit which would make this worse, this isn't really a punishable offense.
Yea, but most of the time (I didn't get it on footage sadly) he goes into a little corner that gets him stuck there & he can fire at the doors, wait for people to come out, then detonate when they're out
