2.) Explain what happened / why you have been banned:
The reason that I was team-banned in the first place was because I had team-killed a guard in self defence. This guard (I have forgotten his name) was free-killing reds and team-killing blues. He had tried to team-kill me so I escaped and killed him from behind moments later to try and stop him from causing any further damage. Afterwards, as I was trying to call a staff member on to deal with this guy, I was slain and team-banned for 30 minutes by Pootiscow for the team-kill. Although I think the punishment was a bit too strict (one team-kill in self defence should not really warrant a 30 minute team ban in my opinion), it was fair enough because I had broken a rule and I am not complaining about that.
3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
Why am I appealing a 30 minute ban? Because I have served it over 5 times now. It keeps resetting back to 30 minutes whenever I join a server or try to join blue. I have made sure that that I am no longer team-banned by using /guardbanstatus but whenever I join the guards team, it states "ENFORCING GUARDBAN" and switches me to spectate or to the red team. Please could I get this issue fixed.

On the 1st of July, I was playing on a messy Jailbreak server with a bunch of rule breakers and a blue team with only a couple guards actively using their mics, or having one at all. I then saw some blues get team-swapped in the chat so I realised a staff member was on. I went to check which staff member it was and saw that it was Frussly. I then asked on in-game chat for Frussly to do a mic check since no one was going warden and to my surprise, I got banned from all Wonderland servers for 30 minutes for "revealing a staff member".
3.) Tell us why we should delete this ban from records:
This ban was absolutely ridiculous. The whole server already knew a staff member was present from the fact that on the in-game chat, it showed players getting switched with the prefix of "ADMIN:". That led me to believe that the reason I was banned was for mentioning the name "Frussly". I said something along the lines of "Frussly, could you do a mic check please". Another player called Pugless was also banned for 30 minutes (from all WL servers) and all he said was "Hey Frussly" - a harmless and kind greeting to a player and staff member who was not even trying to be "undercover". I do not see how I was revealing a staff member to the server because the whole server already knew a moderator was on. Even before I realised who the staff member was, people were asking for mic checks as soon as Frussly started switching people off blue but they were not banned. The only people Frussly banned were the two people who mentioned him by name. And if that is the case, why does it matter who the staff member was that was present?
When I contacted Frussly on discord about this, he was not giving any justification for my ban and kept telling me to appeal it on forums (here I am). His responses were immature, arrogant and mean-spirited so I'm hoping he will not respond in the same way here. I want this ban deleted from the records because, unless he can give a valid justification for mine and Pugless' bans, they were both clearly false bans.

When I applied for admin a few weeks ago, I found out that I had many warnings against my account. I verified with Eight that I did not have access to these warnings and was not notified about them. All the warnings were for the same reason: replying to reports and appeals.
3.) Tell us why we should remove these warnings:
As I was not notified about these warnings, I carried on replying to reports and appeals thinking that I was being helpful. I was not told by any staff members to stop. After a while, when my responses kept getting deleted, I asked Xypher if I was allowed to respond to these appeals and reports. Xypher said no so I had stopped (except from one other comment I posted after Xypher had said no).
I think it's unfair that I have no many warning points against my forums account since I was not warned about any of them, hence I carried on replying to reports and appeals. As I said above, I was only trying to be helpful. I still do not have access to a warnings tab so, if possible, could someone fix this for me too.
