What I am suggesting is a 3 second period for prisoners to utilize the !r command without immediately getting killed by warden/guards. My reasoning is twofold, first is due to orders that require the upmost haste that do not provide enough time to use !r(bomb rush, no detours or delays, etc.) Second is for individuals who might lag, alt-tab on accident, slow typers, etc
Here is an without the suggestion example

Warden : All reds must bomb rush/ no detours or delay to the red line after cell doors open
-Doors Open immediately after via Warden menu-
Prisoner :!...
-Prisoner killed-

An example with suggestion alternative A
Warden : All reds must bomb rush/ no detours or delay to the red line after cell doors open
-Doors Open immediately after via Warden menu-
-3 seconds pass-
-All Prisoners have began to rebel/go to red line-

An example with suggestion alternative B
Warden : All reds must bomb rush/ no detours or delay to the red line after cell doors open
-Doors Open immediately after via Warden menu-
Prisoner : !r
Warden : All reds must bomb rush/ no detours or delay to the red line after cell doors open
-All Prisoners have began to rebel/go to red line-

Thanks for reading!

Killing before the repeat is given once it has been requested is freekilling.

That being said, not giving reds any time to react (latency etc) is also freekilling.

However, if you ask for a repeat while rebelling (eg when cell doors open and you instantly run out and then ask for a repeat or ur forcebaiting a guard whilst asking for a repeat), you will still be considered KOS. U should, in most cases, be afk when asking for a repeat.

-1, repetitive.

BLUs killing REDs before they have any chance to follow the orders is just freekilling. I mean if the REDs had no chance to follow the next order then how can they possibly be considered KOS? There's nothing to base them being a rebel on.

Never got around to handling this suggestion, but I'll leave it open since I don't feel like declining it based on my opinion.

I assumed this was just an invalid suggestion simply because this "rule" already exists. It's just unwritten.

+1 for making this a written rule.

"You must allow reds time to react to the warden's orders."
I mean it really does if you think about it. If you kill a RED for not following an order, but the RED didn't even have any reasonable time to follow the order, then what are you basing them not following the order on? You can't, and that's the issue. They have had no time to follow the order so they have not actually rebelled at all.

That's why I don't want to add this rule honestly. At best, if we updated the rules to include this, what would happen is that people would start obsessing in-game over REDs having enough reaction time to warden's orders, which would leave to more conflicts than I find it's worth.
