Declined Perma ban for going 3rd person (Sv_Cheats violation)

I was playing on your Minecraft jailbreak server and was in my cell after being told to be there. I was planning on doing a rebel since that's what my scout was meant for. I hid behind a wall and then tried typing !tp so I could see the guards and hope they would leave and not see me, but to no avail it didn't work after me trying over and over again. I assumed my game was broken and decided to use a plugin to let me go Third person so I could see the guards but as soon as that was used I was banned. I followed the link to the server trying to see my ban length only to find out it was permanent. I was so confused why I was banned (At the time I thought it was "Out of nowhere"). It then hit me that it was an Sv_Cheats violation since going 3rd person is a cardinal sin in Valve's eyes. I could've sworn I used the command !tp before so I thought It was my fault and my game being dumb. If there was some sort of update to your servers please let me know so this never happens again. I believe I should return since my "Cheat" was more of a misunderstanding on my part. I have a ton of fun on the server and have made some friends there too. I would think a day or 2 ban was appropriate for something like a POV mod but I wasn't expecting a Perma Ban. Sorry bout the inconvenience and I hope this can be resolved.

That's one of the main reasons I was regretting making this appeal since the whole situation sounds dodgy on so many levels but yeah it was pretty dumb for me to use a mod regardless. I used it as more of a test to see if my game was really that screwed. As soon as I activate it, "YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED - Appeal on the forums". Look I use a plethora of your servers, especially the x1000 and jailbreak. The x1000 mode specifically since my Demoknight is really op there. Hackers are killing the game and being one of them isn't something I would be comfortable with. I simply love the goofy nature of the game and your server is really helping that. If I encounter this problem ever again (If I ever get to be on your server again) I'll take to the forums instead.
