Well, i did try at least 3 times, all of them were declined, but i hope this time it will be the time i actually get my first ever chance to be a mod or admin ever.
I sent my final app. If they decline this one as well, then there's no hope for me in becoming a staff member anywhere on TF2... ever.
And yes, i've never been an admin on any TF2 server/community (my own hosted servers don't count since they're launched from within my PC and they are dedicated servers).

You shouldn't just not do it if its declined. You just keep trying, be confident.
I mean, you're right, it's just the fact that i am on my last ban, which means that my next ban is perma. ._.
And? Just prove to them that you've changed and improve your behavior.
