2.) Explain what happened / why you have been banned:
I don't know why I am banned I was playing on the server yesterday and I join today and I see that I'm perma-banned. I go to check the recent bans and I search for my name and I see [!!!] Duplicate Account but I don't have any other account me and my brother play on the server but from other computers.
3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
I haven't done anything wrong to get perma-banned I don't have any other account or a account which has my name. I think I have been wrongfully banned. Thanks and have a nice day.
