What's the premise? - Basically gives everyone on the red or blu team depending on which version of the LR is picked, get's Pyro's Jetpack in the slot of the grappling hook / spellbook and it basically has 1 slow refiling charge. So if a red were to rebel with it, they would have to do it sparingly.
