Generally, mods are a pretty damn good thing
They're creative, they look good, hell even Big Kill/Sam's Revolver mods look amazing
And best of all, custom HUDS, these are amazing.
Now here's a question:
Are mods good?

Mods are a necessity for trolling other mods, I'd say that makes em good.

Depends on the mod. I've chosen to not use them for TF2 since I feel it'll be something I'll like for a bit then get bored of, though I have some for L4D2 I've stuck with for a while.

i really love using mods on sonic generatiosns because there are just so many of them to try out.

I say mods let you have the game look how you want, like I have vtf edit and such so I can do reskins and stuff, but the people who go out of their way to make models and such are amazing.
I say mods should be praised more for most of the time the person could spend months making a single model, then configuring it into the game.
