As the user has already received a day guardban, there's no need to further punish him. The only things really proven by the video are some armory camping and an unprovoked teamhit. Yes, he does teamkill you, but it was in defense as you and a bunch of other guards were attacking him, which you guys shouldn't have been doing in the 1st place given teamhitting & teamkilling are disallowed.
