Resolved Are the prices for vip and vip+ set in stone?

I dont have any money and I want vip+, but I do have a spycrab code from the TF2 store which I got from the plush. I was wondering if I could buy VIP+ with that?

They're not prices, and you do not buy VIP+. The perks are a symbol of gratitude for donating that amount.

As for a way to donate, PayPal donation or Mann Co. Keys are preferred but I'd tag @Xypher about that method.
