It was at first an inspiration from a well known streamer I watch (Dr DisRespect) and I was keenly into Plague Doctors at the time as well.
Okay so, in terms of the most "liked" characters, I would change most of the placements.
For starters I would say 1st Place would be Goku and Vegeta SSJB; 2nd Place would be Vegito; 3rd Place would be Future Gohan; 4th Place would be Gogeta; 5th Place would be SSJ4 Goku; 6th Place would be Future Trunks; 7th Place Would be Fusion Zamasu; 8th Place would be Picolo; 9th Place would be DBGT Goku and Vegeta and 10th Place would be Bulma.
