TF2 Auto B-Hop is still a thing?

I don't want to accidentally spend all my points on something that may or may not even work but I remember seeing alot of posts where B-Hop doesn't work anymore because it was pay to win and that makes sense but that was like 3 years ago and maybe it was brought back up again. So I need a definitive answer if Auto B-Hop is still a thing.
