Hello, you are blocked from entry because the VPN IP you chose is unfortunately banned. Your account is not banned, and we do not run a VPN blocker at the moment. Hence, you should be able to connect to our servers with another IP address.
Although, if you have a dynamic IP (DHCP), we need to find the one that blocks you.
Can you please confirm whether you are currently using a VPN, DHCP or both?
