Declined ban appeal

i'm sweater, but i go by a lot of different aliases. ex: shrewster, shrew, sim. I was banned when joining the server by the console for
Wonder Land | ADMIN: Permanently banned player "sweater" (reason: [!!!] Duplicate Account!).
I don't know what this means, but here is what i do know. about 4 hours prior to this, there was an obvious hacker on the server this occurred on. this hacker took my name, which was sweater at the time, and added "tentacion" to the end of it. i played for a few hours and finally quit team fortress 2 to install a new HUD. once i got this new HUD installed, i rejoined the server and was banned. please look into this, as WL is one of my favorite places to play turbine, and this ban is, in my opinion, entirely unwarranted. Please get back to me soon.

i have a sibling that plays tf2. if he were hacking on the server, is there a chance i could be unbanned, or is the ip ban permanet?

I'm aware of how sketchy my argument seems, and id like to prove it wasn't me on that account. if there is anything i can do to be unbanned, please tell me.

This will be handled more later but just out of curiosity you weren't aware at all (or still aren't) that your sibling was cheating on our servers?

I was not. I confronted him last night and he admitted he joined the server on an alt account with cheats.
