I was just playing Surfing server, then some sniper killed me and it somehow banned me :'(

Because I didnt do anything wrong :( I do not hack or stuff ! Im telling truth

Based on all the previous incidents of you false-reporting, the fact that you already had multiple bans on record and the permanent ban that was issued because an account, listed under your IP address, was used to hack on our servers, we are sorry but we will not remove your ban.
