Your story doesn't add up. Pootiscow never left the server, and he's a staff member anyway so I don't know why you would use /calladmin.
Furthermore, you are prompted about your report before filing it, so if you didn't want to file it then you could've easily cancelled it. Finally, I don't like your impatience on this appeal. I have various other things I need to do then reply to this.
There's not a lot of time left on the ban, so just wait out the rest. Be more careful when using /calladmin.

Regarding the alleged freekill, unless you have a recording of the round so I can see what happened, I can't do much. At worst, if he did freekill you, well mistakes happen and it's relatively minor. However, delays/detours for orders must be reasonable, and I'm inclined to believe staff can correctly identify reasonable & unreasonable detours/delays.
If you have further staff complaints, rather than using /calladmin, you should contact a senior admin (such as myself) or higher.
