Accepted Banned cause of "duplicate account"

Hi. When trying to join a wonderland server, I get the message that I've been banned. When looking for reason it says that it was because of duplicate account. Not sure why it thinks I have a duplicate account, since this is the only account I have.
Is there a way to remove this ban?

Do you use a VPN service?

"Duplicate Account" bans are served when your account connects under the same IP address as a banned account, and looking at the connected bans to yours, I notice many accounts including one that admitted to having used a VPN.

Being unresponsive will result in denial of your appeal.

Yes, I do use a VPN Service. So I can't use any VPN since it has the same IP as a banned account?

Yes, I would advise you don't in the future. We also have a VPN block we use and so if you aren't victim to something like this happening again, you may become victim to that. Nonetheless, I'll unban you.
