Accepted Banned for a while

So I've been banned for "Duplicating account on [SourceSleuth]" I don't really know what it means by duplicating account. The reason why I want to get unbanned is I've been banned for about 2 years and I think it's finally the time to get unbanned. If this somehow gets denied, I'm just gonna be sad. Thx
