Accepted Banned for Alt account or VPN?

I've never got banned from Wonderland Server before.Now i got banned because i got Alt account or VPN. Why you guys banned me? I don't have Alt account or VPN or Something my original account named "Youtuber Haidarshahrizal" is my stolen account and it got deleted. I will follow the rules, and i will promise i will not MicSpam, Hack, Spam,being toxic, etc etc

Hello, and sorry for the lack of a reply.

After investigation, I have concluded that you were probably banned due to having a dynamic IP and so you're innocent. However, something else came up when I went over your chat-logs:

We do not advertising other servers nor sharing the IP addresses to servers that aren't ours or a partner. Furthermore, you are supposed to only speak English on the server, although the bigger issue is your advertising. So, if you want me to unban you, you must acknowledge what you did here and promise not to do it again. Being unresponsive will result in denial of your appeal.
