Declined Banned for alt account

Hey guys i got banned for having 2nd account but i don't remember playing my 2nd account in wonderland servers i know that i used it for getting keys to my main account and i don't really use my 2nd account anymore

Just please unban me i been playing your servers for years i remember playing back in 2015

You seem to have connected with an alt account and got banned for cheating on the servers.
