I have been going on the same wonderland server ever since I started going on custom servers, and have never been banned from the server (to my knowledge). Recently, I have been playing TF2 on GeForce Now just for the heck of it. I played on this server a time or two through the service, until, while joining my friend for a quick 1v1 while the server was empty, being told I was banned.
I have never used a duplicate account, as I have never needed to bypass a ban. However, that was the reason stated, and the only out-of-the-ordinary thing that I had done was play through GeForce Now through the same account I always had. I have not done anything to warrant a ban.
