Declined Banned for no reason?

2.) I was on the minecraft trade server and one girl always targets me and kills me and then she curses me out. I told her several times to leave me alone and she doesn't. She only gave evidence that supported banning me but if moderator was on when I reported her, they would see that she was at fault and every time I'm on the trade server she harasses me. If I am unbanned, I can give you a video recording of what she does always when I'm on.
3.) This is an unfair ban and it's not right to permanently ban me. The last ban was permanent which the admin mentioned did not use proper protocol. I was wrongly banned last time and this time. The girl harassed me but I did not get evidence. She used profanity the whole duration I was on at me and continuously cursed but because I didn't get evidence I got banned.

You have agreed to the terms to not continue this type of behaviour, but have not done so. The punishment that you have agreed to was a permeant ban, so the punishment was just that.

What Walnuts said above. You agreed that you'd be on a final warning before an irrevocable, permanent ban on your last appeal. As you continued toxic/disrespectful behavior after you were given this final chance, you've earned this aforementioned ban. I do not plan to go back on this for any reason, you can stay banned.
