I was playing and I was banned for "not having a mic" but I do but it doesnt work after getting my new headset.
3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
Because I love this server and I want to be a guard I always follow the rules and even kill myself even when I didnt kill the person.

If so, you were guardbanned for opening cells (I assume prematurely) along with having no mic. Having no mic means you can't use your mic or your mic is insufficient for BLU, so given your mic doesn't work it's thereby insufficient for BLU.

I didnt unlock the cells and my mic is working my mic button doesnt work!

If you are unable to use your mic then you have an insufficient microphone for BLU, therefore you can be restricted from BLU at an admin's discretion.

Staff are actually exempt from this ruling.

Whatever the case that comment is irrelevant, that is the ruling over users with no mics or otherwise mics that are insufficient/unable to be used.
