I am banned on skial and blackwonder for sharing an IP with a cheater, I assume the same applies here. I study in a boarding school and there are very many people sharing the same IP. Some Casual Spy Main cheated on it. I researched the profile, he had uninstalled tf2 soon after the ban so Im pretty sure he went on a streak of cheating in all the popular servers carelessly before leaving the game. The account is also not new - a lot of refined metal, cosmetics etc.
I had been unbanned on blackwonder. I tried appealing 3 times on skial already and that failed. This is the first time I'm appealing here

There is a lot of evidence suggesting that I did not cheat using an alt and was banned from wonderland simply for sharing an IP with a cheater
