Declined Banned for "[SourceSleuth] Duplicate Account"?

Apparently the ban reason is "dupilcate account" what does that mean even? I'd like to know, but as far as being banned unfairly I could say yeah I was. I would like to know what the duplicate account means and also to hopefully be unbanned as I don't see why I should be banned, I have multiple friends that play wonderland and I'm even admin on servers associated with wonderland: https://studs.wonderland.tf/ -Doggo

You were banned because your account shares the same ip as an account that has a VAC ban.

Can you explain these?

I looked up the SteamID's. This account is the one with the Vac ban https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198933336419, I don't understand how it can be using the same ip as me considering i'm the only one in my household who has a pc, and I don't own or have owned that account.
Also I have no association with this account https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198405727968 so idk how they also are using my ip. But I can guarantee that this account https://steamcommunity.com/id/AttackDoggo123/ is an old smurf/alt account.

I now understand what a dupliacate account is, but two of those I don't own, so is it possible for someone to be using my ip somewhere?

Something that's been bugging me is that it says your alt hasn't been on since you received your previous ban, now you're banned again almost a year later for being associated with another account. Why do you think this is?

My alt/smurf account that I had was an account that I knew I was never going to use again, so once I logged out of it I never had the username or password again. I used it to go into community servers and act like a “cheater” equipping no hats, since I’m a pretty decent sniper.

Its suspicious that someone who has a history of alts and "acting" like a hacker would stop using their alt after receiving a ban for it, then almost a year later a similar incident occurs. Would you not agree?
