I was being insulted so I responded with similar things and I was banned but the other person wasn't

You aren't banned, you were muted for a day. Just because someone else is being toxic doesn't mean you should be toxic in response. Your logs are filled with you telling others to kill themselves repeatedly, calling people "hitlerites", and being homophobic, which isn't allowed. Your mute will be extended to a week due to the homophobic comments.
