Accepted Banned over a joke

So, I was playing on my favorite surf server. Decided to go sniper, headshotted somebody. As a joke, I decided to say "Get good, get LMAObox" (Cheat bind for a popular tf2 exploit). Keep in mind, I only said this twice. First time was several minutes before. I said it a second time when I got another nice head dink, and then I got banned for spamming a cheat bind. Account name: melon lord
I think the ban IS permanent. Can I please be unbanned? (And no, im not gonna give you any slack for "bad moderation," i can understand what happened and why.)

Alright so I looked into your logs and seen that it was a joke.

However, I also found these;

Due to these I will be keeping the ban in place, however I will reduce it to 24 hours rather than 4 weeks.

I would highly recommend your refrain from the advertisement of cheats (even as a joke) and the use of any slurs.
