Declined Banned, yet not on the ban list

Hello, I've come here since I was banned on all WonderLand servers, yet when I went to the ban list to find my ban, my Steam ID didn't show up anywhere. It seems that I wasn't actually banned, but rather bugged the system or something. Not sure why did it happen, I don't even think I played on WonderLand servers once. I hope you fix my issue.

After looking into the situation it seems like you have never played on our servers before so there would be no possible way as for you to be banned. Are you sure that you are appealing for the right community? If so I would appeal over there.
Also if so do you have any alt accounts?
