Ubersaw will always be better than the Bonesaw.
That 25% instant charge given is a life-saver and really makes you an aggressive medic.

Also, I like to believe that I get more critical hits with the Ubersaw anyways.

Put yourself in a situation where you're getting ambushed, you have greater than or equal to 75% uber

Ubersaw
You can hit a enemy and uber your way out (sure there's a risk, but you're gonna die anyway right?)

Bonesaw
Unless you somehow get 100% crits you're gonna die, or at least become weakened enough to die to the next enemy you encounter trying to get to a health pack or spawn.

We use the ubersaw cause it's the best weapon that medic has for a melee, and that 25% uber can make a big difference.

Depends on your play style, since the ubersaw can be quite a reliable tool for a medic in his lonesome.

If you want ubercharge quicker you give the ubersaw a go, but there's one weapon that can almost outclass the ubersaw and that's the vita-saw keep up to 60% of your ubercharge there's a reason why the vita-saw like the solemn vow was banned in competitive in the first place until its rework.
