So, I was playing medic on jailbreak on TF2, and I was over-healing a soldier, which I then accidentally right clicked with full uber. and I was using the kritzkrieg... So then the soldier goes on a rampage shooting rockets, which kill all the prisoners except for one guy. Which I then said "oops." in vc, and I swear to god this was on accident.
