Can't scope in using Sniper in-game

So basically, the title says it all but,

I've checked my binds but they were no changes, tried using different sniper rifles but still can't scope, tried going to other servers and it works fine.

Its just that i can't scope in a Jailbreak server

any ideas why?

Might be something in console or having to do with a hud. or do this
