2.) Explain what happened / why you have been banned:
I have no recollection of ever getting this ban??? I had been MIA from TF2 for a few years prior to this and had only just recently started playing again, only to find out my chat privileges were banned. It kept saying something like "chat communications on this account is no longer allowed".
3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
I'm normally quiet on tf2 and don't really speak because I'm just scared of everyone, but it's difficult playing with friends when I have no form of communicating with them in game. Plus unsure if it's just a bug but I did read something on another forum which explained that tf2 just started chat banning people to stop bots or something like that but I'm not sure if that's true because my friends are still able to type in the game chat.
