Resolved /civ command

When the /civ command was still a thing (on JB,) I used it on my freeday. Before I got another freeday, it got removed, so now I can't unciv on my Freedays. Any help? I can't rebel now.

the civ command is not relevant to the freeday
can you send me server ip and the loadout you use?
