Hello, I have been banned from wonderland servers after the 8 seconds of my first time playing. I don't know what happened but I joined the server for the first time, started jumping around as demoman and got banned. I do use a vpn but it was not on when I joined.

I never cheated and haven't broken any rules from the server, I was just trying to play zombie mode for halloween event and surf_air_arena

I do not know that account, I only have one account which is this one linked to my profile.
