Invalid Duplicate account

Hello!I am here again.I got banned for duplicate account 1 month ago.I got unban and now i got ban again.Can you please tell me why i got banned?Same reason as my previous ban?I want unban because im innocent and i never used hack or something.Its the second time i got a ban and i only love this server there is no any good server on what i can play
