Accepted False ALT account ban

So on Februrary 14th I graduated OSUT from Fort Benning, and rarely had time to game since. I get on on 3/17/2019 and find out im banned from Wonderland.tf for "alt" account reasons. I do not own an alt account, and have no reason to. I can not conclude the reason that I was banned. I just want to be able to play on wonderland.tf again, the strangest part is, it says the ban was put in place on the 18th of March, I am writing on the 17th

If you all are sure I have an alt account, please link me said account. Because I do not own any.

I believe I should be unbanned because I have done literally nothing to deserve it, I feel as if it was either accidental or someone who dislikes me had banned me. Either way.

My best explanation is I previously lived in Bowling Green Kentucky. Then being sent to my first duty station I got sent to Killeen Texas, Fort Hood. The internet here is shitty and everyone shares the same WiFi (not directly, its through the same provider) And my IP changed, and I guess I share the same IP.

I have multiple friends who are patrons of Wonderland.tf who would vouch for me, I have proof of my change in location.(Would prefer to send that privately) Aswell as I have to much to risk loosing with hacking nonsense

As someone that was stationed at Ft Hood with 4/3 Cav, I have a hard time believing that story. Also, the reason you got banned for duplicate account is because the other account linked to your IP was banned for aimbot.

I'm in 3rd ABCT, 1st cav 6-9 bandit troop, 2nd platoon, my platoon sergeant is Sergeant Hernandez, I'm a dismount on the 13 track. MY first sergeant is First sergeant Jones. Do you need my DoD ID too? I completed OSUT at Fort Benning 2-15 Charlie Troop. Graduated on February 14th

And I have no explanation why its linked to my IP. I have no correlation with that account. I think its stupid that I'm now banned because of someone else's IP. I dont know what else you want from me. I've given my word.\

What I'm reading is that, if i share the IP with someone who got banned for botting, I'm fucked.

The day this account was banned I was still in Fort Benning, Georgia, without a PC, completing OSUT training. If youre banning solely on IP's check my previous IP. I can guarantee it links back to BG Kentucky.

I apologize for the delay as we were looking into this. I will unban you as there is no concrete evidence into suspecting you, however, should this happen again it is unlikely to be appealed. Appeal accepted
