Story: the warden before me forced free day and kill bind after that I became warden then I puted a marker and gave a command go to my marker and AFK freeze in it nobody was in marker and tried killing me and my teammates but I Bhop ran away then I killed a spy following behind me then I got team banned and then the old warden got team banned too

Btw, I don't think you will get unguardbanned, because you just described a situation in which a guardban is fitting.
