Popular scams: (all the names listed here are names that people use or a name that has something to do with the scam)

The "fake gambling site":

The person will say you can win on a site he sends the link you click on it deposit skins and it will (probably) say you won but can't deposit anything. The

"fake competitive team":

You will be asked to join a team and to enter the tournament you need to go to a site and fill in your information.

The "I want to give some free items away":

Don't trust these sometimes it is real but they will probably try to scam you in a way.

The "phishing scam":

This is a fake link that will send you to a fake site to get scammed from (will probably be disguised as a steam link or something else).

The "steam admin":

They will ask for a trade and then will send you to a "steam admin" to verify so you trade your items to him and lose everything.

The "trade your items first":

This is easy to prevent don't send your items first to a person that will later send you something in return.

The "refund":

These people will send you money on PayPal and then you send your item, then they will say to PayPal that someone got control over their account and ask for a refund.
