(bonus) as for manga series that never got an Anime adaptation to match its worth, it's Umineko.

Not 100% sure to be honest what my favourite is.

I Like DBZ and some parts of super including the movies
RWBY I quite enjoy although its quality is kinda declining for the later volumes.
And The Neptunia anime adaptation, I admit it won't be everyone's cup of tea but I thought it was good and funny as hell. Still hope that season 2 is still scheduled for November atm so looking forward to that. (Unless it gets postponed)
