Resolved Fix Combat Surfing IL

Combat Surfing IL is kinda broken you the /wear command doesn't work in it the kill streak options don't work it in it the weapons command is broken there is only a few weapons capper, saxxy, golden wrench and the golden wrench can be equipped on all classes and can let the spy swing it while keeping him still disguised. Also the /australium or warpaint commands don't work
