Question: If someone mass freekills (but it's intentional and mischievous) and then gets marked and banned by console, should I post a report about them? (I have video evidence)

I've punished fanimus for freekill. You can always report mass freekill; even if they get marked by the plugin. Also the auto mark ban isn't very long to prevent innocent people from a potential lengthy and unfair punishment.
