Considering that it was on JB, you are by default, not allowed to play music through the mic unless permitted by staff.
Adding on that different staff members/players may have a subjective view on what is considered mic spam, it's best that you don't do it unless with a staff permission in Jailbreak.
Taking into account that this is your first punishment in over a year, I would be removing it as it was a minor offense even though your mute duration has been fixed.
